OUR WEDDING PARTY
OUR WEDDING PARTY
Leah and I have been friends since elementary school at St. Bonaventure. Growing up, teachers, classmates, and even our parents often couldn't tell us apart. Since then, Leah has become like a sister to me.
After living in New York City for a handful of years, she currently lives in Houston with her husband, Brandon, and pup, Brody.
Jen was the very first person - and a fellow California native - I met at Boston College. By luck, we were assigned to the same dorm freshman year, and that was that. We've remained close since college, even with a bi-coastal friendship. Jen lives in Boston with her husband, Steve.
PS: Watch out for her enviable and super legit dance moves.
Abby and I met in high school at Mater Dei, but really became close post-college as the only ones from our high school group to move to LA. Abby is a strong person, a loyal friend, and is always up for fun. She works as a school counselor and lives the LA life with her husband, Chris.
Jessica is my treasured friend of nearly 20 years. We both went to St. Bonaventure and were practically neighbors growing up. She's currently doing her residency at UCI along with her fiance, Dan (a fellow BC Eagle). By the time our wedding rolls around, she'll be Jessica Kim!
Erin is Evan's younger sister, and will soon be the sister I always wanted but never had. She's sweet, stylish, and laid-back. Needless to say, I lucked out! Erin lives in Costa Mesa with her husband, Elliot, and dog, Big Kahuna (Huna for short).
Danielle and I were suitemates for a few years at BC, but we got to a new friendship level after college when she moved to LA, where we spent a lot of time exploring together. She now lives in Switzerland, and travels more than I thought was humanly possible. Above all else, this Croatian sensation has a heart of gold.
Talia (left) and Ellie (right) are my cousins once removed--or, the daughters of my cousins Jeff & Angela and Kristy & Don, respectively. These sweet girls are two peas in a pod and are like sisters to each other. We are continuing a family flower girl tradition: Kristy was a flower girl in my mom's wedding and I was in Kristy's!
Joey and I have been partners in crime since we were 14. Joey lives by the motto "C'mon, you're only a kid once!"
Matt is a world traveler who is always ready for an adventure. He even lived in Kenya by himself for 27 months.
Paul is a new dad who is probably the most driven and responsible one of the group. But don't let that fool you, his nickname is The Squid.
Shaunt not only introduced Chloe and me, but is always up for a good time and is one of the best-dressed men around. Fact: he has a slice of pizza tattooed on his foot.
The best brother-in-law anyone could ask for. When he and I hang out, Erin is the third wheel. Thankfully, she now has Chloe.
This man is a guru in all aspects of life, fashion, and fantasy sports. He and I were roommates and former wingmen in Newport Beach.
